Know your rights and responsibilities when using Free Domain & Hosting services
By accessing or using the services provided by Free Domain ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use our services.
We provide domain registration, web hosting, and related services. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.Free Services doesn't mean completely free.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination without refund.
Domain names are registered through accredited registrars. You acknowledge that domain registration is subject to the policies of ICANN and relevant registry operators. We are not responsible for domain availability, disputes, or loss resulting from registration errors, expiration, or transfer issues.
While we strive for 99.9% service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary interruptions. Resource limitations (bandwidth, storage, CPU) apply as specified in your service plan.
All paid services are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete data security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the services. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks remain our exclusive property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free Domain, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, you must remove all content, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via email or website notification.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with venue in New Delhi.
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy policies, or service interruptions.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet outages, or government actions.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Free Domain regarding the services, superseding any prior agreements.
